I love this inspirational video from Lennar Homes! These proud home owner’s had a great experience… I am not sure if they are actors, but their comments do ring true. As a former sales consultant, I can tell you  it is very rewarding to build your new home from scratch. From selecting your home site, to designing your kitchen and watching as your home gets completed is an amazing experience.  Your sales consultants are there to guide you all the way through the construction process. So if you have not thought about building your dream home, you should really visit model homes before you make your home buying decision. Most home builders have completed homes available (inventory homes) and you may find one that you fall in love with that is already in the process.  This would be an opportunity to ask the builder if you can still select your colors!
